Job Summary:

The K-12 Operations Project Coordinator will develop systems, frameworks, forms, and reports for planning, oversight, and execution of departmental projects.

This position reports directly to the Director of K-12 Operations. A primary responsibility is to provide coordination and guidance to departmental staff, as well as synchronization and collaboration with other college departments in support of departmental initiatives. Such initiatives include but are not limited to strategic plan refresh projects, program improvement, student matriculation from high school to LCC, program promotion, communication, and departmental Standard Operating Procedures.

The position requires interpersonal skills to facilitate collaboration across the institution and work closely with the stakeholders of the department, division, the college, and K12 and community partners. The Project Coordinator position will ensure the steady workflow of project aspects, such as research, development, planning and reporting for K-12 Operations and the Coalition for College and Career Readiness.

Regular on campus presence is expected for all LCC employment. Any flexible work schedules and/or hybrid work schedules approved by the College are subject to change based on the needs of the LCC community.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree from regionally accredited college or university, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Demonstrated experience leading projects or committees including across divisions, departments, or multiple areas.

Demonstrated experience utilizing technology for project coordination.

Preferred Qualifications:

Demonstrated progressive leadership and/or administrative responsibilities.

Knowledge and experience with Banner (student and employee) and Argos.
