Job Summary:
These individuals will instruct students enrolled in English’s laboratory settings such as Foundations for Success program and/or other English lab classes, as assigned each semester. Must demonstrate a commitment to the diversity of a multi-cultural population, as well as work effectively in a team-based environment, seeking continuous improvement and adherence to the community college philosophy.
Regular on campus presence is expected for all LCC employment. Any flexible work schedules and/or hybrid work schedules approved by the College are subject to change based on the needs of the LCC community.
Final candidates will be subject to a criminal background check as part of the employment process.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree from a regionally accredited college or university.
Significant experience teaching or tutoring experience with GED, developmental (which includes high school), adult and/or ESL students.

Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in English, Education, or Math (from a regionally accredited college or university).
