The HR Systems Technical support assists the HRIS Manager by analyzing the use of technology in HR and by researching, testing, designing, and recommending technical solutions that increase efficiency and compliance. This position will utilize a blend of HR business process and technical system knowledge to ensure systems deliver the functionality specified and will be involved in report writing, digital form creation, user acceptance testing, and upgrades. The HR Systems Technical support will be responsible for assisting with training staff members on HR related technology systems.
