Job Summary:
Driven by compassion, inclusivity, integrity, teamwork and work-life balance the incumbent in this position serves as the professional administrative support to the Academic Success Coach Director, the Academic Success Managers and the Academic Success Coaches.
This position serves as the frontline staff to welcome and assist students who come to the success lounge and helps them connect with their Academic Success Coach. Additionally this position assists the Academic Success Coach leadership team with multiple tasks regarding the onboarding of new hires, managing marketing projects, and ongoing community and college event planning and participation. Additional responsibilities include providing support for compiling and organizing documents necessary for meetings, training materials, assisting with budget management and other ongoing projects with the Coaching team.
Must demonstrate a commitment to the diversity of a multi-cultural population, as well as work effectively in a team-based environment, provide excellent customer service, and seek continuous improvement and adherence to the community college philosophy.
Regular on campus presence is expected for all LCC employment. Any flexible work schedules and/or hybrid work schedules approved by the College are subject to change based on the needs of the LCC community.

Required Qualifications:
Associate's Degree from a regionally accredited institution of higher education required or an equivalent combination of education and work experience
Demonstrated office experience
Demonstrated skills with Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in a higher education setting
