Job Summary:
Works under the direction of the Director for Corporate Training and Continuing Education and is responsible for the management of high profile administrative corporate accounts, accelerated learning programs, open access classes, and educational events for workforce training solutions. Provides administrative leadership for coordinating the Business and Community Institute (BCI) program development, product design production and delivery of learning products and services to meet customer requirements. Works collaboratively with subject matter experts and other stakeholders to design and develop corporate training programs and offerings. Within a team setting, coordinates and supports the use of a variety of assessment tools to align customer needs with contemporary learning products and services. Maintains a high level of customer service and administrative support for large scale corporate accounts. Serves as the primary for Salesforce system administration, data entry, functionality updates, employee training, and continuous improvement.
Regular on campus presence is expected for all LCC employment. Any flexible work schedules and/or hybrid work schedules approved by the College are subject to change based on the needs of the LCC community.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Demonstrated work experience in training and development for business or in adult education.
Demonstrated experience administering project management techniques.
Proficiency in utilizing a customer relationship management (CRM) platform.

Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree or higher in an area related to educational training, instructional development, adult learning, or performance improvement.
Professionally awarded project management certifications.
Business to business sales experience.
Demonstrated experience with planning, design, delivery and evaluation of learning products and services.
Minimum of three years of work experience in training and development for business or in adult education.
Familiarity with Salesforce customer relationship management software.
