Job Summary:

Administer scholarship programs by awarding, auditing and reconciling scholarship funds to ensure compliance with all aspects of the scholarship programs using the rules and regulations governing scholarships, federal financial aid, state aid and institutional policies. Primarily responsible for multiple State and LCC scholarships. Access, review and analyze student data in order to exercise professional judgment to determine eligibility. Collaborate with the other Scholarship Coordinator on various responsibilities such as the awarding, auditing and reconciling of all scholarship funds, the development and documentation of operational procedures related to scholarships, and the training of financial aid and other college staff on the scholarship programs.

Regular on campus presence is expected for all LCC employment. Any flexible work schedules and/or hybrid work schedules approved by the College are subject to change based on the needs of the LCC community.

Final candidates will be subject to a criminal background check as part of the employment process.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree and minimum one year relevant work experience, or Associate’s Degree with minimum three years relevant work experience.

Significant financial aid experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience coordinating financial aid program.
