Job Summary:
This position provides professional administrative support to the Academic Success Leadership and Coaching Team. Serving as the first point of contact in the Success Lounge, the incumbent delivers high-quality customer service by warmly welcoming and assisting students, addressing inquiries with professionalism and care, and helping them connect with their Academic Success Coach. The role is key to creating a supportive, service-oriented, and resourceful environment that fosters student engagement and success. In addition to frontline support, this role assists the Academic Success Leadership Team with a variety of responsibilities, including onboarding new hires, coordinating marketing initiatives, and planning and participating in both campus and community events. The position also supports key administrative functions such as preparing meeting and training materials, assisting with budget tracking, and organizing documentation for various coaching projects.

This role requires collaboration in a team-based environment, delivery of exceptional customer service, and active contribution to continuous improvement efforts that reflect the values of the community college philosophy and mission.

Required Qualifications:
Associate Degree from a regionally accredited institution of higher education required or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
Demonstrated office experience.
Demonstrated customer service experience.
Demonstrated skills with Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in a higher education setting.
