Job Summary:

***This is an on campus position with no remote opportunities. ***This position will work a varied schedule, which includes nights, based on the Massage Clinic’s hours of operation each semester.******

This position is responsible for supporting the reception desk in the massage therapy clinic. This includes frequent communication with faculty, students, and patients. It requires proper phone etiquette, monitoring of client scheduling/rescheduling, and client reminder calls. The PT Massage Therapy support manages the collection of session fees, and collects and files client paperwork. This position maintains the confidentiality of all patient and student communication.

Regular on campus presence is expected for all LCC employment. Any flexible work schedules and/or hybrid work schedules approved by the College are subject to change based on the needs of the LCC community.

Final candidates will be subject to a criminal background check as part of the employment process.

Required Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED

Demonstrated clerical or office experience

Demonstrated customer service experience

Demonstrated experience of Microsoft Office

Preferred Qualifications:

Associate’s degree

2+ years secretarial or office experience
