Job Summary:
Serves as the point of access to the Dean of Community Education and Workforce Development. Incumbent must have a keen understanding of the Dean’s goals, philosophy, divisional policies and strategy in order to effectively act as a liaison on behalf of the Dean with both external and internal contacts. This position also serves a vital role in managing the Divisional office operations and works in close collaboration with others to execute the goals of the Division and the College. Must exercise good judgment, work independently, demonstrate excellent communication and organization skills.
Regular on campus presence is expected for all LCC employment. Any flexible work schedules and/or hybrid work schedules approved by the College are subject to change based on the needs of the LCC community.
Final candidates will be subject to a criminal background check as part of the employment process.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree from regionally accredited college or university, or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
Demonstrated progressively responsible administrative or executive support experience.
Demonstrated experience using a wide array of technology for office administration.
Demonstrated excellent written communication skills.
Demonstrated progressive leadership and/or administrative responsibilities.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in educational institutions.
Knowledge and experience with Banner (student and employee), D2L, and Argos.
Knowledge of current guidelines for accessibility of instructional and non-instructional materials
