Job Summary:
Coordinate and schedule recording sessions for LCC Connect podcast/radio programs. Oversee and assist program hosts with show preparation, sound engineering and file storage before, during and after recording sessions. Audio editing and post-production of programs and WLNZ broadcast segments. Assist with the management of LCC Connect podcast hosting platform including creating podcast descriptions, uploading and organizing files, and online publishing. Oversee email communications of shared LCC Connect email accounts. Assist in development and growth of LCC Connect programming, including the potential to act as host and producer of own podcast/radio program.
Regular on campus presence is expected for all LCC employment. Any flexible work schedules and/or hybrid work schedules approved by the College are subject to change based on the needs of the LCC community.

Required Qualifications:
Associate’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
Demonstrated experience in radio or podcasting, with an understanding of basic recording principles
Demonstrated experience with Adobe Audition or similar audio editing software

Preferred Qualifications:
Post-Secondary experience in audio recording and/or audio production
Two years of experience in radio or podcasting
Demonstrated experience hosting a radio show or podcast; willingness to host a LCC Connect program
