Adjunct Positions are filled by semester on an as needed basis. Applicants in this applicant pool are reviewed when the department has an immediate need to fill a vacancy. Review of applications will then stop for the semester once the vacancy has been filled.
Adjunct faculty teach courses in Child Development and Early Education courses in face-to-face, online or hybrid format, including planning, preparation and delivery of lecture/lab instruction materials at all levels of training. Participate in curriculum development and student advising as part of the program faculty, and participate in faculty meetings.
Master’s Degree, from a regionally accredited institution of higher learning, in Child Development or Early Childhood Education, or a related field with at least 18 credits in Child Development or Early Education at Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree level.
Significant work experience in direct service to children in early childhood education programs and settings.

Teaching experience with adult learners.
Significant work experience in early childhood education programs with infants and toddlers, children 0-3 years.
