Significant experience in the field and/or teaching in a State approved EMS program; or
Fire Fighter with significant experience in extrication and rescue
Demonstrated proficiency in vehicle construction and/or vehicle extrication

Licensed EMS Provider (EMT or Paramedic)
Experience in EMS education at EMT and Paramedic levels
