Job Summary:
Responsible for managing and coordinating workflow in the Mental Health and Aging Project Office. Manages the operations and financial details for conferences and training programs. Processes all Project income and payments. Manages and processes all aspects of the print and audiovisual library. Maintains databases for mailings, conference, and all trainings. Coordinates webpage updates. Independently handles ordering of office supplies and processing of Project and College forms. Collaborates, as necessary, with division teams in reaching division/department goals. Prioritizes workflow within established guidelines while balancing multiple tasks. Maintaining confidentiality as well as effective and professional communication is required.

Required Qualifications:
Associate’s Degree and related work experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
Strong computer skills
Effective and professional interpersonal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge of the Public Mental Health System or human service networks
Experience with Access Database and InDesign
Knowledge of layout and design concepts for brochures, fliers, and programs
Knowledge of event planning coordination
Knowledge of grant process, ability to compile data and analyze financial reports
