Job Summary:
Working in conjunction with the Director of the School of Business as well as to the faculty and programs comprising the School of Business department to provide administrative leadership. Assists the Director in the hiring, mentoring and evaluation of part-time faculty; course scheduling; budget preparation and monitoring; course/program assessment coordination; course and curriculum development; student advising; and, conflict resolution and problem solving.
Regular on campus presence is expected for all LCC employment. Any flexible work schedules and/or hybrid work schedules approved by the College are subject to change based on the needs of the LCC community.
Final candidates will be subject to a criminal background check as part of the employment process.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree from a regionally accredited college or university
Knowledge of current technologies and how they relate to both instructional and administrative practices
Demonstrate effective verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:
Demonstrated progressive leadership and/or administrative responsibilities
Academic coordination and/or advising experience
Master’s Degree from a regionally accredited college or university
Knowledge and experience with Banner (Student, and Employee), Desire2Learn, and Argos
