Job Summary:

Post-production of LCC Connect’s network of audio podcasts and programming of WLNZ broadcast segments. Maintain and organize digital media storage. Assist with management of podcast hosting platform, including uploading and organizing files, publishing podcasts, and verifying accuracy. Oversee and assist podcast hosts with episode preparation, sound engineering and file storage before, during, and after recording sessions. Assist with email communications, social media, and scheduling of recording sessions. Assist in development and growth of LCC Connect.

Regular on campus presence is expected for all LCC employment. Any flexible work schedules and/or hybrid work schedules approved by the College are subject to change based on the needs of the LCC community.

Final candidates will be subject to a criminal background check as part of the employment process.

Required Qualifications:

Two years of experience in radio or podcasting.

Proficiency with Adobe Audition or similar audio editing software.

Preferred Qualifications:

Associate Degree.

Certification or completed courses in audio recording and/or production for radio or podcasts.

Experience hosting a radio show or podcast.
