FT Admin - Director of TRIO Program in LCC Downtown Campus

The Director of TRIO program reports to the Associate Dean of the Center for Student Support (CSS) and provides leadership for all TRIO programming at Lansing Community College (LCC), including the federally funded Student Support Services (SSS) program. SSS, one of eight national TRIO programs administered by the U.S. Department of Education, is designed to promote student success by increasing college retention and graduation rates through academic support, assistance with college requirements, and motivation toward degree completion. The Director is responsible for planning and coordinating program activities, supervising personnel, ensuring compliance with federal and institutional policies, and overseeing all grant operations. This includes managing outcomes, metrics, fiscal accountability, reporting, and renewal or pursuit of future TRIO funding opportunities. This is a provisional position based on grant funding and subject to end at any time.
