Lansing Community College's Technical Careers Division is seeking a full-time faculty for their Manufacturing Engineering Technology - Machining program to teach their ERESA courses. The successful candidate will teach high school students in a college setting through the Eaton County RESA. This faculty member will teach courses in Manufacturing Engineering Technologies (MET) consistent with the evolving state of the discipline and accepted trends in teaching methods. A solid understanding of the machine tool field as well as mechanical technologies is desired, including but is not limited to: manual and CNC machining, CNC programming, CAD/CAM/solid modeling, metrology and inspection tools and machine tool maintenance/repair. |

Responsible for assisting with meeting the college’s obligation to compensate, on a biweekly basis, approximately 2,500 college employees in an accurate and timely manner. Fulfill all obligations for mandatory and statistical reporting that are a result of the bi-weekly pay. Assist the Director of Payroll Operations by compiling, analyzing, and assessing data. |

This position will teach courses in Building Construction, Design & Construction Management, and Project Management, which may include estimating, scheduling, materials and methods, construction technologies, mechanical/electrical/plumbing systems, building information modeling, sustainable construction, energy management/and or building, and construction contract law, consistent with current developments in the discipline and teaching methods. |
