Student employees in this position will work with the Building Training and Assessment Center (BTAC), a collaboration with Lansing Community College, Michigan State University and the Lansing School District., This program is designed to build and expand a knowledgeable and diverse energy workforce pipeline by educating and training college-level students in HVAC, energy systems, and related topics through a structured, hands-on educational experience.
