Job Summary:

Responsible for installation, support, maintenance and monitoring of west campus technology including desktop computers, laptops, mobile devices, hardware, software, and other peripherals. Facilitate technology meetings with west campus faculty administration to determine the technology needs in west campus computer classrooms. Responsible for maintenance and supplies for west campus computer tech shop. Lead PT and student technicians assigned to work at west campus.

Regular on campus presence is expected for all LCC employment. Any flexible work schedules and/or hybrid work schedules approved by the College are subject to change based on the needs of the LCC community.

Required Qualifications:

Associate’s Degree in computer related discipline or an equivalent combination of experience and technical/computer education.

Demonstrated experience in computer technical support with progressive increases in responsibilities.

Demonstrated customer service experience

Preferred Qualifications:

Three years’ experience in computer technical support with progressive increases in responsibilities.

At least one year of customer service experience.

Knowledge of networking applications (ie active directory, VLANs, Firewalls, etc.)
