Job Summary:

This position provides leadership for LCC’s Adult Enrichment Program activities and is responsible for the planning, development and delivery of non-credit, enrichment courses offered through the Community Education and Workforce Development Division (CEWD). Duties include course development, scheduling and oversight of course delivery and customer service for Lifelong Learning; supervision of program instructors and staff; administrative oversight of the grant funded Motorcycle Safety Program; collaboration with divisional teams on the planning and development of fee-based programs; and assisting in the development and implementation of marketing plans for adult enrichment programs, as well as community outreach activities.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Significant demonstrated experience in planning, development and delivery of non-credit, educational programming for adults.

Significant demonstrated experience establishing, managing and growing community partnerships.

Demonstrated experience supervising staff.

Demonstrated experience working collaboratively in a team environment.

Experience working with diverse populations.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor’s and/or higher degree in business and/or education related subject.

Three years demonstrated experience in planning, development and delivery of non-credit, educational programming for adults.

Experience administering grant funded programs.

One or more years of experience in an academic setting.
