The selected candidate will be responsible for providing general office assistance to the Public Service Careers Office. This includes delivering excellent customer service by assisting prospective students, current students, faculty, staff, and the general public who visit the Public Service Careers Program office, handling inquiries, answering the main phone line and directing calls appropriately, responding to program questions, distributing mail, typing, copying, scanning, filing, running errands on campus, and helping staff, administrators, and faculty with various projects.
