Adjunct Instructor - CIT-Programming LCC West
Lansing Community College's Technical Careers Division seeks an adjunct instructor for their Computer Information Technology Programming classes. Teaching assignments would include: Python, C#, Java, SQL, Android, and iOS as well as future programming languages. The incumbent will participate regularly as a member of departmental and divisional teams and will work effectively with other faculty and staff in a rapidly changing team environment.
Student Employee - Video Production Assistant LCC Downtown Campus
Student employees in Media Creation and Design Department will assist with video production projects required by the college. They will work with the department’s full-time video producers, as production assistants, camera operators, and editors as needed on both a team and individual basis. They will also be required to take direction and work independently on their own, completing assigned production and post-production duties as assigned.
Adjunct Instructor - Clinical Nursing LCC Downtown Campus
Adjunct (part-time) faculty in this position teach courses primarily in the clinical setting at all levels of Nursing training. Nursing adjunct faculty can also teach in labs, simulation labs, and some didactic courses. In-person teaching is required for this position; there are no remote work opportunities.
Adjunct Instructor - Lineworker LCC West
Lansing Community College's Technical Careers Division seeks an adjunct instructor for their Lineworker program. The Lineworker Adjunct Instructor must be able to effectively communicate and demonstrate knowledge of specific technical skills in climbing, construction and maintenance of electrical lines at the Great Lakes Center for Utility Training in both a lab and classroom environment to a diverse student population.
Adjunct Instructor - Welding Technology LCC West
Lansing Community College's Technical Careers Division seeks adjunct instructors for their Welding program. Qualified individuals will be able to teach oxy fuel welding, brazing, and cutting. In addition, they will be able to teach shielded metal arc, gas metal arc, gas tungsten arc welding (preferably experience in pipe welding), and have knowledge of Metallurgy as it relates to Welding. This opportunity is for daytime and/or evening teaching assignments.
