Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge

Click the tune / lock icon to the left of the URL bar, select Site settings, and change Local network access to Allow. Refresh the page.

Mozilla Firefox

Press Ctrl + I (or Cmd + I on Mac) to open Page Info, click the Permissions tab, find the blocked setting, and change to Allow. Refresh the page.

Apple Safari

Click Safari in the top menu > Settings for This Website... and uncheck Enable Content Blockers. Or go to Safari > Settings > Privacy and temporarily uncheck Prevent Cross-Site Tracking.
Alternative: Try opening a Private Browsing Window (Cmd + Shift + N on Mac).

Disconnect from campus Wi-Fi and temporarily switch to Cellular Data / Mobile Hotspot.
