Adjunct Instructor - Building Construction LCC West
Lansing Community College's Technical Careers Division seeks an Adjunct Instructor in their Building Construction Program. The successful candidate will be responsible for the instruction of Building Technologies course(s) in Interior Construction and/or Exterior Construction and/or Structural Framing. The successful candidate may also be required to teach classes in construction materials and methods, construction technologies, mechanical/electrical/plumbing systems, building information modeling, sustainable construction, energy management, and/or building commissioning.
PT Lab Assistant - Heating, Ventilating & Air Conditioning (HVAC) LCC West
The Part-time Lab Assistant for HVAC assists students in completing lab projects and assignments, ensures lab set up with all required tools and materials. Inspects lab and classroom after each class to ensure proper cleanup. Coordinates the ordering, inventorying, and maintenance of lab supplies, tools, equipment.
Adjunct Instructor - Nurse Aide & Patient Care Technician (CHSE) LCC Downtown Campus
Adjunct (part-time) faculty in this position teach courses in didactic, lab, and clinical/externship formats at all levels of Nurse Aide and Patient Care Technician training. Depending upon program needs and the candidate’s qualifications, teaching assignments will be on LCC’s downtown Lansing campus, clinical/externship sites, and/or online. An on-campus presence and traditional in-person teaching is required.
PT Lab Instructor - Electrical Technology LCC West
Lansing Community College's Technical Careers seeks a part time Lab Instructor in their Electrical Technology Program. The Electrical Technology Lab Instructor has the primary duty and responsibility of teaching students in the Electrical Lab setting, serving as the principal source of instruction and evaluation in these settings. The lab instructor is responsible for the preparation and delivery of course content in response to student needs.
Student Employee - Electrical Technology LCC West
Lansing Community College's Technical Careers Division seeks a Student Employee for their Electrical Technology program. The primary purpose of student employment is to provide current LCC students with the opportunity to acquire job skills and experiences during semesters while actively attending classes at LCC. Student employees in Utility and Energy Systems Program will assist instructors and lab assistants during class times and help prepare and maintain the lab before and after classes. They will also assist with preparation of materials and other projects as needed by faculty and lab assistants.
