FT Admin - Trades Technology Program Director LCC West
Lansing Community College seeks a Trades Technology Program Director for its Technical Careers Division. The Trades Technology Program Director is responsible for the Trades Technology (TT) programs including the Electrical program, Lineworker program, Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning (HVAC) program, Architectural Technologies, Civil Technology, Building Construction, and Construction Management. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, oversight of Trades Technology programs with regard to instruction, facilitation of curriculum development, program review, ensuring compliance for all accredited program areas, scheduling faculty and courses, preparing budgets and monitoring expenditures. Also responsible for ensuring that equipment in the labs follow a safety and maintenance plan and obtain the necessary repairs, assist with identifying new equipment needs, and planning for acquisition of such.
Adjunct Instructor - Heavy Equipment Repair Technician LCC West

FT Assistant Professor - Manufacturing Engineering Technology - Design LCC West
Lansing Community College's Technical Careers Division seeks a Full Time Assistant Professor for their Manufacturing Engineering Technology Design program. The faculty member will provide instruction in courses within the Manufacturing Engineering Technologies (MET) program, aligning with current industry practices and evolving teaching methodologies. A strong foundation in machine tool technologies—as well as mechanical and electrical systems—is highly desired. This includes, but is not limited to, manual and CNC machining, CNC programming, CAD/CAM/solid modeling, and machine tool maintenance and repair.

Student Readers provide both direct and indirect support to students with disabilities who work with the Center for Student Access. Direct support includes reading and scribing in both classroom and testing environments. Indirect support includes the production of electronic text and other alternative materials. They would function as the secondary source of instruction in the Automotive Technology Lab to support instruction provided by the instructor of record. Assists students in completing lab projects by providing necessary instruction. Provides evaluation of student performance as requested by the instructor of record. Ensures that the lab/workshop is set-up and prepared with all required tools and materials for the assigned class and planned instruction. Teaching assignments may include daytime and/or evening hours.
Student Employee - Video Production Assistant LCC Downtown Campus

They will work with the department’s full-time video producers, as production assistants, camera operators, and editors as needed on both a team and individual basis.
